The syndrome of the mesenteric clamp or Wilkies is defined by a compression third duodenum between superior artery, and aorta . symptoms are variable non specific. Management based first on medical treatment with recourse most often to surgery if failure. We report review literature reporting an observation case. Observation: This 27-year-old patient history intermittent chronic vomiting since age 16, unexplored, who for past 1 year has been worsening becoming persistent epigastralgia. gravity, evolving in context deterioration general state slimming. A high gastrointestinal endoscopy that showed significant gastric stasis, injected abdominal CT found disparity caliber against D3. An upper fluoroscopy stasis stomach reaching pelvis. management consisted surgical after failure good evolution. forceps rare benign condition. Positive diagnosis hard scanner. place but use common.
